Euthanize the stray dogs of Bucharest

 

Awww, look at all those posh brits demonstrating against eliminating stray dogs from Bucharest, it's easy to run your mouth and signs around at over 4.000 km distance, wonder how would you feel of you'd got attacked by a pack of dogs and end up in the E.R. mutilated  for life, or even die. So please, hipster posh brits, come here and take all the dogs you want, release them in London! I'm sure you'll be more than happy when your elderly will get ripped apart on their sunday walk to the market! Last year, over 13,000 people were attacked by dogs in Bucharest, including 2,500 children.

The only sollution is:
1. Catch all the stray dogs.
2. The sick and verry old - euthanasia
3. The remaining, chipped and offered to adoption.
4. After a month, the remaining dogs - euthanasia
5. If the adopted ones are to be found on the streets, the adopter harshly fined and the dog euthanisied.
